First Week in Georgia



New Missionaries with Elder Phillips

  Justin arrived in Atlanta on Tuesday of last week and has been assigned to serve in the Roswell, Georgia stake.  He says the weather is hot and he is in a bike area so he bikes everywhere.  He had to buy new, cheap ties because the ties he has, when he sweats bleed onto his white shirts and he is sweating!!  His new companion is Elder Hughes from St. George, Utah.  He says the people are friendly until they realize that you are LDS and then they are not so friendly.  He said the missionary work is slow in the area so that is going to make the adjustment a little harder for him.  He said in his mission they are assigned to specific wards and he loves his new ward.
